Author-Side: Article Processing Charge
Open-access publishing has real costs — editorial coordination, peer review management, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, and long-term archiving. To sustain these without reader paywalls, an Article Processing Charge (APC) applies to manuscripts accepted after peer review. There is no fee for submission or review — the APC is only invoiced upon acceptance.

Waivers
Fee waivers or discounts may be available for authors from low-income economies, or on a case-by-case basis. Waiver requests should be sent to editor@rtijti.com at the time of submission, and do not influence the editorial or peer review decision.
