When you submit a manuscript, register as a reviewer, or contact the editorial office, we collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, institutional affiliation, and manuscript content. Our web server also logs standard technical information such as IP address and browser type for security purposes.

- To process and manage manuscript submissions through peer review and publication
- To communicate submission status, editorial decisions, and journal announcements
- To maintain the Editorial Board, reviewer, and registered author directories published on this site (with consent)
- To improve the functionality and security of the website
Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Manuscript content and reviewer identities are kept confidential throughout the double-blind review process as described in our Peer Review Process. Published author names, affiliations, and corresponding emails are made public as part of the published article, consistent with standard academic publishing practice.
Data Retention
Submission records, including rejected manuscripts, are retained for a minimum of five years to support integrity investigations and journal reporting requirements.
